




This course provides an experiential, evidence-informed exploration of grief including traumatic grief and burnout, with attention to how these experiences impact both the brain and the body.

In addition to our 30 hour somatic training, we are also offering a 200 hour trauma- and grief- informed Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)!
Attendees interested in this training must register for the above training, but after completing the training, you will have both the yoga teacher certification as well as the 30 CE hours necessary for the first 3 years of being a yoga teacher!
